Checking in was easy. Room was really spacious. Luggage from previous hotel was forwarded to this location and was ready when I checked in. They were also able to forward my luggage to my next hotel. Convenience stores are nearby. Short walk to different train stations

2025 new hotel. Super clean. Convenient location. A lot of good restaurants around. Friendly front desk clerks, very helpful. 5 minutes walk to the nearest subway station. But the room is tiny; one can hardly open a 28-inch luggage. That’s the only downside.

はじめて利用、噂どおりとてもキレイです。モダン英国スタイルのシンプルな部屋の作りは、意外と旅人には不便だったり（ハンガーや帽子かけ、傘かけなどが少ない）。近頃は、狭い部屋でも感心するほど機能的な他ホテル宿泊が続いていたので、なおさらそう感じたのかも。シンプルな一人旅なら、これで必要十分、ロビー横のミーティングスペースが使い勝手良し。

Das Zimmer ist wirklich nur für eine Person geeignet, es ist so schon kaum Platz für den Koffer. Der Einstieg ins Bad ist etwas scharfkantig und erhöht. Kühlschrank ist da, Kaffee und Tee gibt es im Gemeinschaftsraum in der Lobbyetage.

10 minutes à pied d’un arrêt de metro, deux arrêts de la gare de train, quartier d’affaires, quelques restaurants fréquentés par des salariés du quartier. Surface de la chambre similaire aux concurrents japonais comme APA. Salle à manger proche du lobby avec des sachets de thés et cafés gratuits et une supérette avec des en cas payants. Je recommande pour les budgets serrés.

チェックアウトでイライラ。

受付の方か二人いらっしゃるのですが、チェックイン時は一人日本人がいらしたので対応はスムースでした。チェックアウト時は片言日本語の外国人に見える方でしたので、確認に時間が掛かり、イライラさせられました。 客室は狭く、バゲージラックもなく、そもそも開けるスペースもギリな広さです。サイドテーブルも置かないくらい出来るだけ大きくしたベッドは好感触ですが、寝る時にCPAPを枕元に置く必要がある私はとても困りました。価格が安く、まだそんなに臭わない部屋でしたので、自分的には合格をあげたいですが、伸び代（改善点）はたっぷりあると思いますので、今後に期待しております。
