Our stay at Mimaru Osaka Shinsaibashi North was excellent. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and consistently helpful throughout our visit. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for families, with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable. The location was incredibly convenient just a short walk to Dotonbori and Namba station, and great dining options. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Great location for subway station access. Has coin laundry facilities. Every staff member were excellent. We had to contact our airline and the staff helped us call with their local phone line. They will go above and beyond to help.

We are a big fans of Mimaru brand and they haven’t disappointed us. The location is very convenient right off the train station entrance. Family Mart and 7-11 are within 2 mins walk are my kids’ favorite. The staff are very friendly and the amenities include washer and dryer make things very easier for family with kids.

We were in the Deluxe Two Bedroom and it could comfortably sleep and accommodate 8 adults. Room was incredibly spacious, location was fantastic for downtown Osaka. Hotel was very kid friendly with a scavenger hunt and origami activities in the lobby. Would totally recommend for a family stay.

Super happy with this hotel. Clean, quiet, spacious, well equipped room, great layout for a family of 3. Friendly service. Nice little extra touches for kids (eg treasure hunt). Location is fab - plenty of restaurants within walking distance, metro a 2 min walk away. We’ll be back.

It was a great location, close to both shopping malls such as Daimaru and Parco, and many dining options. The front desk staff are very helpful and cheerful; we were always greeted cheerfully whenever we returned or left the property. No issues with communication at all. The property has convenient and easy to use laundry facilities and umbrellas for borrowing. The room wasn’t as big as I expected and it is difficult to have big luggages opened in the room. Nonetheless, it’s still an excellent option and my kids loved the room.

Great spot. Kylie (and the other lady, sorry didn’t get her name) was a great help with local directions and information. The Crysta Mall underground is right there. Amazing hotel, clean and new. Helpful in every way, good food, sight seeing, things to do. Absolutely loved it.

Fantastic location. Travelled around Japan and did the typical Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka loop and spent five days at each mimaru. Did luggage delivery. Was there with kids. We like having a little bit of extra room and a kitchenette for breakfast and food in the morning. The staff at this particular Mimaru were outstanding. Very engaging with the kids and lots of fun treasure hunts and really great recommendations. All of the Mimaru places we stayed at work great, but this one was the best based on the staff. Will definitely stay at this place when we come back.

The main floor bedroom 103 with bunkbeds was a fantastic choice for families with kids. The only drawback was no kitchen sink or microwave in the room, but otherwise it was great. We didn't find being on the main floor loud at all. Lastly, the supermarket across the street was definitely a highlight! About a 10min walk to the subway and restaurants.

Room was well equipped and had a kitchen for those who would use one. Location is great as it’s close to train stations and all the shops and restaurants. It’s about a 15 min walk to Dotonbori. Staff speak good English which is a great help when you have questions.
