Staff were lovely, lobby area was very nice. Lifts are very loud in the room every 5-10 minutes so you need earplugs, which they have at reception. The room itself was quite dated, decor straight out of the 90s, everything was very used and worn and the walls were dirty, in need of a fresh coat of paint. The carpet also had a concerning number of mystery stains and splatters on it. The free bus service to the airport was a nice benefit, you have to book for this in advance. The train station is right by the hotel which is very convenient, and there is also a Lawson and Family Mart within 5 minutes of the hotel.

Perfect stay at the end of your trip

The decoration is old style, but clean and nice view. Several convenient stores around and one is inside the hotel building. Few walk can reach Donki and 24-hrs supermarket. Of course this hotel best for Outlet shopper.

We had to wear ear plugs while sleeping, due to the. Noise of the elevator. Room was clean and roomy. Staff where polite when engaging with them, limited info about facility available/ restaurants.
