Property offer public bath and dry sauna as part of the stay. Room was large and comfortable. Wish there are more tv channels to choose from. Breakfast was good and lots of choice. Would definitely recommend.

Not the best exp during my travels

Disappointed about the cleanliness on checkin, front staff was in general impatient and it came no where near the Japanse hospitality im used to. The remark that the roomcleaning would be free, was odd… as if that would of been up to me. There wasnt even an apology for the inconvenience. The cleaning would be done between 14/17;00 and they came after that time. You would think it be a little more priority tho. The rest of the stay was good, good location.

Hotel is nice and clean, with a very modern and dark decor. Lawsons is attached to the ground floor reception area. Staff didn’t appear to be friendly here, as other hotels in Japan. No cleaning service in rooms, Onsen was not appealing to me.

Very nice hotel at exceptional good price. Verified that this new hotel operating since May 2023. Much appreciate the service and smiles from front desk staff Miss Lee. Her smiles and support always make the day better. Room is clean, facilities are very good especially with SPA and Sauna room. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel. Thanks again Miss Lee her smiles and support.

Need Improvement

Second time stay in this hotel. The first time stay on May 2023 which is a new hotel with excellent service and room condition. which caused my to stay again in 2025. However, it is poor maintain and cleanliness need further improvement. No cleaning during my stay is OK but please clean thoroughly before I arrive. I found long hair on bath tub and potato chip aside of my bed.

Checking is 24/7, there’s two machines for this (you can use same for check out), it accepts cash and major credit cards. I read some where reception was open till midnight only which is wrong. I was concerned as my flight arrived late to Tokyo then had to travel to Osaka. The buffet breakfast is excellent, rooms are modern and clean. 20 min walking to/from JR Osaka station. I’d recommend this place and stay again if return.

This property is located is good although the cleanliness of the rooms are terrible. The rooms air conditioning units don’t work as the filters are caked with dust. Underneath our beds have definitely not been cleaned and thoroughly checked as we found some old used slippers and the carpet is layed in a thick layer of dirt and dust. To add the bathroom curtains were also covered in black mold. I would look for another place to stay in this area.
