"No option for cold air in the AC panel. It seems if the central AC is only on heating mode the individual rooms are stuck with either hot air or fan warm air. Also the laundry room could be bigger. People fighting over dryers. Sometimes over 5 people waiting."

"I loved this place, but my review would be higher if they had an air conditioner. I paid for two rooms, and when we called the front desk while we were sweating, they told us we couldn't change it. The air/heating affects the whole floor. We did have a window we could open, but the nights would be loud. This is in a great location and walkable to about everything. "

"Super convenient hotel located close to Universal Studios and train station. Great amenities including a super cool check-in cart for children where they can collect pyjamas, slippers and toothbrushes from. The room was spacious enough and had lovely views. Some things are slightly rundown, but it’s very clean and convenient and would stay again."
