"It was shut down!!! I didn’t stay in the room and canceled the booking. There was a giant pee stain on the mattress cover. The property manager guaranteed me I would not be charged and all reimbursements would happen. Why have you Expedia charged my card?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"The rooms need updated. The furniture needed touch up and the room definitely needed painted. Our room smelled like old cigarettes. The pool was nice but the ceiling needs painted it looked like mold on the ceiling. breakfast was nice "
