One bedroom undergrounds, another in attic. But the main point be careful with management (Roc). One day before was trying to switch us to another property (without view). Be aware "

"Good area, near of the center if you have car. Shopping near. Spacious apartment, well-stocked kitchen. Two bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. Air conditioning in the living room. Zagy was very attentive. From there you can visit Maribor, Zagreb, and other places; you can use it as a base for exploring different areas."

"Perfection! I have stayed in a million hotels and airbnbs and this ranks with the very best. The hosts thought of everything for your comfort and convenience and the location is excellent. I cannot imagine finding a better place to stay in Ljunljana. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. "

"Room was extremely clean, location was amazing, view from our room was great, and the staff was very friendly. Easy to check in and out. No microwave in the bedroom but there is microwave in the hostel next door. Parking is hard to find, we found a lot about 10 minutes walking for 25 euro a day. Bathroom was super nice. Would recommend. "

"Everything was great! Only thing that let it down was the lack of AC or even a fan. Slept with the windows open, which was comfy, but let to a lot of street noise keeping me awake. Otherwise all was good!"
