"No 24 hr reception,therefore because of my delayed train from Germany, I wasn't able to stay, yet as soon as I told them about my delay ,they took their money from my bank account. Very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone,just in case you were delayed, and left stranded. I travel a lot and never had this kind of problem, even as a gesture of goodwill they could've offered a partial refund. "We were upgraded to the la vetta hotel, which isnowned by same man. It was a beautiful hotel, had a lovely bar, staff were very good spoke English nothing was any trouble. Had a cinema and kids club. The hotel had a lovely restaurant food at out time was set menus but will try to accommodate. "Tipica struttura di località sciistica degli anni 70, senza ascensori. È comunque molto pulita e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione standard per un tre stelle, con torte fatte in casa, salumi e formaggi molto buoni. In sintesi, un buon hotel per un weekend."
