"This property is amazing. It was, by far, the highlight of our trip traversing Switzerland. Alexandria at check in was amazing. She helped us to navigate and shift our itinerary due to closures. She was beyond kind. Our room, wow, AMAZING! We had a lovely little balcony with direct views of the Matterhorn. We were so very pleased. I highly recommend Schloss Zermatt. Best breakfast and afternoon snacks."

"Celebrated my birthday with friends at the hotel with a long spa weekend. Relatively easy to get to- Lugano Station has plenty of taxis or uber availability if you don't want to wait for the bus. All the staff were lovely and very accommodating. Beautiful views and a lovely spa. Treatments were also great. The Bar/Bistro was particularly nice to unwind in to have a drink and get food."

"We stayed in room #23 which was much larger than expected and included a balcony overlooking a grassy back yard sitting area with a mountain view. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt with fruit and several cold cereals. On sight washer and dryer was very useful. Reception area had a large sitting room that was very homey. The place was very well cared for."

"Beautiful classic hotel! Breakfast was pretty good! One thing that stands out are the staff, all of them were fantastic! I would definitely come back and stay here again. Plus, bonus the view of the majestic Matterhorn all the time and especially when you wake up! Thank you so much for giving me and my sister a wonderful stay! For the beautiful people of Hotel Monte Rosa, you guys rock!"
