"The room was in need of repairs. While it had been updated and everything was functional there had been previous damage to doors and drywall that looked like it was poorly repaired. The Hotel at night was very well lit, which is nice when you are outside but it also meant very bright lights shining through the curtains when you are trying to sleep. Overall the room served its purpose and were happy with our stay."

"My family and I had a very nice stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially during breakfast with our boisterous toddler. The room was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated seeing extra security in the parking lot after hearing about some safety concerns, and we felt our car was very safe in the lot."

"The place is clean, the staff is very nice, but the pool is supposed to be open in May - Sept. and it was not, middle of May. The beds have some sort of plastic sheet under the sheet so it sounds super crinkly when you move. The TV has like 5 channels, no guide to see what channels are what it what is on, but it says premium channels on the site."

"Be fully prepared to not have a room reserved for you even though you booked weeks in advance. After an 8 hour drive, we arrived within the check-in window to be told they had no reservations for us. We told several excuses, one being their system went down and wiped their reservations. They were booking in people before and after us. They were unable to assist us in figuring out other hotels in the area. We were in town for a festival, and like many others, our hotel canceled our reservation...

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The back of the building was in very bad shape and there were a couple people who were hanging out side that looked questionable."

"The food was good. The rooms were wonderful. No elevator suggest the bottom level or your carrying your luggage and the key doesn’t want to work on the side door to get back in so you have to walk around to the front entrance. "

"We were not apprised of the “rooms are cleaned every 3 days” policy. The bedding was never changed and we had to request towels for the room. We requested service for the duration of the stay which was not honored. This resulted an uncomfortable stay.Also the toilet flush handle needed replacement but a fix was improvised with electrical tape."

"We loved our stay here. We came from the UK and were very happy with everything. The Hotel is warm and welcoming with friendly staff. There is a pool, gym and jacuzzi available for use 24/7. The bed was so comfy and the room service staff kept things nice and tidy. There was always someone working towards upkeep, maintenance and cleaning during the day. Gardening staff busy making sure the outside looked perfect. We will definitely return."

"One light fixture was hanging off the wall, tv as visibly damaged, there was a large toenail next to the bed, blood stains on the sheets, brown stained towel behind the toilet, hair on the back of the bathroom door. Window was partially ajar"
