"Easy and cheerful checkin. The room and breakfast areas were very clean. I did not use the pool, but it look to be just as clean, and there were a couple families enjoying it! I would not only recommend it, I would stay here again!"

I was informed there was a water leak, so no other accessible room was available but would be “put in one just like it without the grab bars”. "Everything was clean, staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was okay. Kept getting runaround with checkin and my checkin was an hour late because housekeeping was low staff. Had to keep driving around occupying my children while we waited. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"Hotel is loud - Thin wall steel construction - every time a room door shut we heard a loud bang that echoed throughout. I'm a BonVoy rewards member and I did not like that we were put in one hallway with dog owners; heard dogs barking every night we stayed there."

"Property was clean nice view from restaurant. The weight staff in the restaurant was very few. We had a party of 7. 4 got their food and three waited another 10 or more minutes for theirs.. had to go get the the waitress for dessert, menus. We were in the restaurant three hours.. food was OK nothing I would rave about. Air-conditioning thermostat did not properly work. It would get cold and then it would be hot before it would come back on five or more degrees difference in the temperature...

"The entire hotel is just gross! We had to stay for a funeral and before we did anything I went to the store and bought bleach spray to clean everything in the room. When we got there at 4 the room was not ready so they put us in a room with a hot tub but they told us it did not work and we were ok with that, but it was disgusting."
