"So incredibly stunning. Great place to slow down and enjoy nature. The lagoon is so special and serene. The hotel has kayaks and paddle boards readily available to use at no additional cost. Take a quick kayak out to the lagoon and feel so refreshed.
Food was very good. I just wish they had an indoor restaurant at night."

"Was expecting much more as one of the pricier options in Chetumal but the place was worn down and had the scent of mold in the rooms. Shower heads were spraying everywhere, and old tvs from the 90's. Customer service also terrible when it came to a change in a booking. Definitely not worth it and would not stay again."
