"Nice"

"Don’t ride the elevator. It is super sketchy And don’t bring kids there. We were with our kids the whole time and he went up to one of them and asked them which school district that they were with and he told our kids that they had terrible parenting, that they were bad kids, that he was going to tell his general manager to write a letter to our school district and tell them how bad our kids were, except they were not, we were nearby at all times, and no one was even acting up. This guy just doesn’t like kids. We were all sitting in the lobby watching the Timberwolves game. Nobody was being overly loud or disruptive. This is not a kid friendly hotel bring your kids anywhere else but here and we won’t be back ever. the beds were rock hard and I don’t get how people like the breakfast. It was cold.?"

"Staff was nice and room was clean. Gap between door frame to hallway made for loud noises and sleep disruptions. Nothing done about loud volleyball team staying next door until midnight. "

"The pull out mattress was dirty. We were only given a flat sheet and a blanket for pullout. The hot tub jets didn’t work. Phone in room didn’t work so couldn’t call the front desk. The bathroom fan was hanging by one screw. The second TV in the room also didn’t work."

"Rooms weren’t that clean. Staff was nice enough, parking was accessible but breakfast was poor. Just coffee, bread and simple. No eggs or sausage that usually offers."

"Rooms need remodeling. Very grungy. TVs do not work and outlets are all loose. They are remodeling the eating area now. Our suite was not available because it was not clean when we arrived... at 10:30 at night. They did offer us a second room, so that was good. "

"Great customer service Friday night from the young gentleman at the desk. He was very patient and calm while it was so busy. Overall, satisfied!!"
