"Loved the room with views of mountains and surrounding mountainside neighborhoods. Wonderful breakfast (included in room rate) and lovely dinners (separate charge 120 MAD/meal)."

"WARNING: DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL We had booked 3 nights and got a confirmation from Hotels.com. The payment was withdrawn from our account. When we arrived, no one were at the riad. A neighbour contacted the owner who told us, that the riad was sold half a year ago. The new owner didn’t know anything about our reservation and furthermore that he didn’t cooperate with Hotels.com. "The room wasn’t ready at the checking time. The mold was everywhere in the bathroom. No AC in the room, WiFI signal is extremely weak that TV goes off due to the lack of signal, closet shelves are broken, no table or desks where you can put your clothes, no shampoo and soap in the shower. An awful smell all over the room especially the bathroom. No welcoming staff. Coffee mashing was pouring water."
