"We booked the Four king bed room. Tons of room for a family with 5 kids, one kid had his whole bed to himself. Didn’t think it mattered when I booked on Expedia how many kids I put in my search as long as we had enough beds, I hate having to fill out all the ages and just want to see what’s available. When we got there the lady counted the extra kids and charged me $10 more per kid over 12 even though we didn’t need any extra beds or accommodations. I read no where this was a rule. In fact it...

"I'd say I got what a payed for, it was just for a place to stay for a few nights with the basics like a bed, bathroom, fridge, and Tv. It's a little shabby and the water pressure in the bathroom is a little low but otherwise I enjoyed my stay."

"Very welcoming staff. Easy and fast check in. My room was very clean. It looks like some new flooring has been added. The bathroom was immaculate. Looks like it was recently refurbished/upgraded. Great water flow in the shower, good hot water and REAL towels!!!"

"The hotel is a bit dated, but clean and most appliances worked fine. The mini-fridge was the smallest I've seen a hotel. The breakfast was somewhere between a continental and a real breakfast. The main item was waffles. The length of the breakfast was a bit restrictive: 6-8am. There was no oatmeal, meat or eggs. One attraction for me for this hotel was it offered breakfast, but there was little I normally eat and not much I wanted to."

"This hotel is in an excellent location if you're attending an event at the Ford Center. It's directly across the street and within walking distance. However, the property is absolutely disgusting. The front desk and front lobby area smelled fine upon arrival and was clean. The elevator looked like it hadn't seen a good cleaning in some time. Our room was even worse. The LVP floors were covered in dirt, hair from previous guests, debris along the floor molding and all over the floors, there was a...
