"Avoid ..this place is rubbish. It's 15 minutes walk to the beach so if you're looking for coastal views then you ain't going to get it. They don't clean the rooms every day and we had to complain to get them to clean the room on the day they said they would clean the room. The air felt dusty and it smelled a bit off. The toilets and sink didn't work properly and the kettle was also faulty. We had to complain about this after check in. You have pay 14 euros to borrow towels if y want to use the pool. Only 5 euros is refundable. A sizeable chunk of the hotel is closed when it's not peak season and I've heard several reports that the food in the sister hotels that you have to go in order to eat, is rubbish. The only good thing about it is that it is close to a supermarket and the room has a kitchenette. The other plus is that it is cheap so if you're prepared to live worse than a pikey to get a budget holiday, then you're in luck"

"Excellent loaction, very clean and lovely grounds. Pool, jacuzzi, bar area & great food. 2 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the strip. Would definitely recommend "

"Comfortable room with balcony and outdoor seating. However accessibility an issue as the elevator down. To the dining building was not working so there’s 30 stairs to dining room. Also the other restaurants affiliated with the all-in were dining stations off site, requiring a shuttle and we weren’t allowed to take out for the member of our party who found stairs challenging. We felt dining elsewhere and bringing our own groceries for breakfast and lunch would be better value. Pillows were comfy, views from apartment excellent, staff friendly. "

"Pool was open but not heated, if you wanted a heated pool is was extra for every guest. First room had black mold and a broken countertop, second room was good. Staff wwre great; especially Fernando, Phillipe, Ampreet, Amir and Harpreet. Food was awful, paid for allinclusive and ate outside the hotel on multiple occasions. The only reason for 2 stars is how great the staff was."

"Large specious apartment, access straight to pool from swimming pool from terrace. Room cleaned daily with plenty of fresh towels. Staff friendly and welcoming. Pool area large with plenty of sun loungers."
