"Beautiful property, including the beautifully landscaped Villa pool. Room was very comfortable. Mama Della’s Ristorante was charming and the food was delicious. Buffet breakfast at Trattoria del Porto was also delicious but the chafing dishes didn’t keep the food hot enough. Our waiter, Bryan, was a gem!"

"The staff is phenomenal! A shout out to Lexi and Bruna who went out of their way to make sure that my two kids and I had an exceptional experience! I will never forget this stay and I will never book anywhere else when going to Universal!"

"The hotel is new Very clean. Staff are super helpful and kind. My only gripe (and it’s really just my preference) is it was a bit noisy in the halls when trying to sleep. "

"Everything was amazing!! The staff was so nice, they upgraded us to a complimentary suite! Bar staff was nice, and when we needed a replacement for conditioner in the shower, they were so fast and nice! Our pizza from the cafe was burnt but it happens and the volume for the TVs wouldn’t go higher than 19 which was odd but we LOVED our stay! 10/10 will do it again!"
