Mon séjour a été décevant le jour suivant de mon arrivée, alors que ma réservation était pour 2 personnes on m'z indiqué que ma réservation comportait la prise en compte sur d'un seul petit déjeuner lors restait à ma charge. Après plusieurs jours de discussions mouvementées ils ont accepté de prendre en compte les 2 petit déjeuner. Deuxième chose, suite un l'utilisation d'un terminal de paiement qui fonctionnzit mal, ma carte bleue a été débité de mon compte bancaire ,2 fois. Je leur ai fait remarquer avec preuves fournied, ils n'ont jamais voulu me rembourser signalant que l'hôtel déclinzit toutes responsabilités et que le remboursement devait pas par leur banque . ??. En attendant j'ai 2 fois un montant de consommation pour 88€ et je n'ai jamais été remboursée En plus la restauration est toujours identique et les prix des plats sont mentionnés dans cohérence Cette hôtel ce dont des arnaqueurs Cet hôtel c'est de arnaque

Hotel very nice and quiet. Food was SUPERB. Service was good. Front desk swapped us to room with tub, no questions asked same day. Water pressure not good, prob due to 4th floor. Breakfast was good but cohld have been switched up a little more. Very OK place and shall return

I was on the fourth floor and had recently had surgery on my knee. The elevator broke down after the first day and in the six nights I was there it was not fixed. It made it difficult to be able to go anywhere.

This property is terrible. I do not recommend to anyone. From the staff to the rooms it was a horrible experience. So please pass this hotel up during your search for hotels in this area.

An expensive hotel with poor value for your money.
An expensive hotel with poor value for your money. Very poor and epileptic internet access. Elevator/lift non-functional. Broken appliances and devices Staff attitude is the worst I have ever seen. The front and back line staff have very poor customer service manners. They are rude to customers. They do not attend to customers' needs and when they do, they do so very reluctantly and with delays. It is certainly not a hotel I would recommend to anyone
