"The whole building smelled clean when we walked in, so that was encouraging. However there was no heat in the room and it was chilly out. But by the time we realized the room wasn't heating we were unpacked and in our pajamas. We dealt with it but weren't happy about it. There was no soap at the sink so we had to use the bodywash from the shower. The breakfast options weren't anything we wanted, couldn't you at least have had bread for toast? Glazers are too sweet in the morning. For the price we paid, we were disappointed and won't be back."
