Beautiful property. It’s a quiet area of the island with three outstanding restaurants within walking distance and numerous others on the French side within a 15-20 minute drive. Plenty of beautiful beaches close by as well. Its location is also convenient if you want to head to the Dutch side. Co Co was an outstanding hostess. While we had no issues to contact her about with regards to the property, she was quick to answer when we had questions about things to do and places to eat nearby. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Coco was wonderful. Very helpful solving all our problems and recommending places to eat and beaches to visit. The room was very nice with a large balcony we used daily. There were a few power outages on the island. There were amazing French restaurants within walking distance as well as a small grocery store with French baking. We did not have a car and managed fine but a car would probably be helpful.

Claude was a fantastic host. She provided us with umbrella and chairs, attentive to other request in a timely manor. Place is clean, has all of the cooking utensils and dishes you could possibly need is staying in to eat. An amazing wonderful store 5 minute walk from place called Bread& Butter. As well as Oasis restaurant in that location. This property is a great quiet spot away from any high traffic and noisy area. Short drive to any beach/sightseeing. Thanks Claude! We will be back!

Our whole experience was absolutely amazing. We stayed at the happy cottage and it was stunning. Super private, clean, and the view was beautiful. Claude was very professional and couldn’t have been nicer. Would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend renting a car if you do!

Great property for the off season! It was quite and although the bay smelled bad due to the algae bloom it didn’t affect the beautiful scenery Les balcons offered! Will definitely be staying here next time I come back

Claude the host is amazing and very accommodating. Nice food options nearby. The property is affordable, quiet and safe. There were two power outages (common on the french side I was told) which caused inconveniences. Great mattress, nice kitchen and balcony. Peculiar smell in my unit (had to light incense) and my clothes smelled that were in the closet. I saw a roach in my bathroom and was told that it's common due to damp, warm climate. I was not pleased. Bugs are a no for me.

My stay was perfect! If you want a quiet place to relax with water view, this is your place. It is very clean and convenient to a few restaurants and a lovely French cafe that doubled as a convenient store all in just a 3 minute walk. The property manager Claude was extremely helpful, hard worker, great communicator from the start before i even arrived and eager to make my stay easy. As a former hotel manager,I tend to be very observant and selective. I could not find a single issue and loved every minute of my stay. My only complaint is that my stay wasn’t long enough. I will return! A true hidden gem❣️
