"My room was clean and comfortable. All staff including the shuttle staff were professional and welcoming. I had to stay at this establishment because my flight was canceled. I made a great choice!"

"This hotel property was excellent and will be my go-to when passing through Springfield in the future. The service was excellent, friendly and professional. Breakfast was much better than expected with eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, a pancake maker, cereal etc. Pool and hot tub were well maintained! Hotel was clean and room was decorated super cute with a fish lodge theme. Leave it to Bass Pro to hit a home run! Highly recommend!"

"Severe basically in and out, I did tell them we wanted on 1st floor. We had a room, but there was no vanity in the bathroom. The receptionist told us we could switch rooms we declined to do that. I do suggest even if someone was handicapped there should be a vanity in the bathroom and towel holders. The shower could use a mat of some sort as when it is wet it is slippery.
All in all it was a nice clean room. Staff were friendly, loved having it paid for before we went."

"The rooms were very clean and cozy practically zero signs of previous use other than the AC unit constantly rattling as though something was stuck inside of it the front desk was immensely helpful and accommodating"
