"Although the property advertised as pet friendly, we received a call from the front desk about our dog. They threatened that we might have to leave if he didn't stop barking. This was the first time on our cross country trip this happened. The staff in general did not seem friendly. Also there was no water or towels in the workout room. "

"Room was not clean, there was food and grime on the desk, front of mini fridge and night stand. Sink and toilet in bathroom had not been cleaned. We went to Dollar Tree and bought clorox spray and wipes to wipe everything down and clean the bathroom. However, the beds were changed, clean and nicely made. We had come to go swim in the pool and it would have been nice to know before booking this hotel, that the pool was closed until further notice. It was a bit of a surprise and disappointment...

"First time in the St. louis area & staying at this hotel. The property was in a great little location that wasn’t overly far from St. louis. The staff were lovely and very kind. Our room actually go upgraded for free as well as a free beverage due to my expedia status (i’ve done lots of traveling but have never had this before). The breakfast was decent, there was lots of options for everyone. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool or hot tub but there was always people in the area and...
