Staff friendly, professional and speaking fluent English. The Hotel is by Piotrkowska St so shops, restaurants and places to walk around are right by the hotel. "

"This hotel is a straight 10. Even great hotels usually have a small niggle but I can honestly say we found no fault whatsoever with this excellent hotel. In a great location on the main street you are greeted warmly upon arrival. Indeed all the staff are friendly and efficient.
