"Dirty cups and cutlery and found used needle packet underneath bed, room could have been cleaned and maintained better as well as there was expired milk servings in the fridge but staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Very very disappointed. We had booked one of the more expensive top floor rooms for our wedding anniversary. We live locally but thought we would make a night of it, check out the hotel, have drinks and a meal on the rooftop etc. I had paid the extra for a late cancellation. My husband is in remission from stage 4 lung cancer (not to be fair they knew that) and very unexpectedly the afternoon we were meant to check in he felt unwell and ended up overnight on ICU. "The hotel is great however I was in room 8 on a Saturday night & the bar played music until 3am so I barely got any sleep!
I would check with them which rooms are sound proofed if you need a good nights sleep"

"Check in was fast and professional. Parking under ground was explained well. The room was immaculate and cleaned over my expectations. All appliances were new and in exceptional condition. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. I stayed on the 7th floor and the lifts were very fast. 2 mins walk to the major shopping centre for all your needs. 5 min walk to the beach. No complaints at all, highly recommended. I will stay again for sure."

"Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital.
Staff are wonderful and caring.
The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet.
The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot."

"The room was facing the ocean and the magnificent view was beyond words.
However our room was in a state of advanced disrepair and lack of maintenance which included- a very large crack in the mirror behind the bed , a number of cracked bathroom tiles and a general need of some loving care.
Certainly not good enough especially at such top rate prices!"

"Resort is outdated. Needs a revamp. Our garden suite where we stayed only half the lights were working, most of the powerpoint's were broken, and alot of the timber posts outside were rotting away. One of the posts under a balcony next to us was that rotten it wasn't touching the ground anymore."
