"Truly an incredible hotel with very friendly staff who greet you upon arrival and answer all your questions. Amenities were very clean. Hotel is in a great location with a lot of restaurant variety and only about a 5-10 minute walk from Pike Market. Hotel also offers a shuttle to the nearby cruise ship port. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to experience Seattle."

"We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"

"I stay at this hotel every time I visit Seattle. The main reason is that the entire staff—and I mean everyone, from the front desk to the housekeepers and security—is always smiling, cheerful, and incredibly kind, and they seem genuinely to enjoy their work. There was leftover food from previous guests left in the pantry area, dirty cups with fingerprints, and overall housekeeping was clearly not up to Marriott Bonvoy standards. "The breakfast was superb. The hotel building is very old and I appreciated that the old character and charm were enhanced particularly in the lobby area. The bathroom was nicely renovated in an old and elegant fashion. Our main problem was the sofa bed. Very uncomfortable and old piece of furniture that it was difficult to sleep on.
