"Building, courtyard with pool, and rooms were very nice. Bathrooms however were not well maintained and showers had issues such as not having a mount on the wall to hold the shower head and not having shower curtain and plugged drains. The bathrooms desperately need to be updated. The breakfast was ok but other hotels we stayed at in Crete had much nicer breakfast selections. "

"We had an excellent stay for 5 nights at Batis Beach Hotel. Our room had two balconies, and one had a partial view of the beach. The hotel is directly across the street from the beach and it's located close to many restaurants and shops. We only ate breakfast at the hotel once, but it was great. "The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. While the rooms themselves were quite pleasant and well-maintained, the buffet offerings were unfortunately below our expectations. We also found the path to the beach to be unclear and somewhat difficult to navigate. Despite these minor drawbacks, the kindness of the staff made for a generally positive experience. We hope future guests will find the directions to the beach more straightforward."

"My overall impression of that hotel: Never again! The attitude of the staff does not correspond to a 5* hotel, but rather a cheap hostel. "All-inclusive" statement is false - only cheap and low level drink is included. Any normal wines and cocktails are at the additional cost.
