My wife and I enjoyed our 6 days of honeymoon at Japamala the staff are very polite helpful and simply cannot do enough we were very impressed with the personal level of service and attention to detail. Beautiful location for a relaxing get away

Wonderful house, excellent service, good food (if anything, the portions were too generous). The gardens are the highlight, flower borders, etc - much nicer version of England compared to the original. Development encroaching in the valley, but there isn’t much the hotel can do about that I suppose.

Enjoyed our stay with minor setbacks. Room was large and bed was comfortable. The jacuzzi was awesome. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast and dinner buffet spread was limited but it was good. There were couple of setbacks like safebox did not work (even after repaired), internet was on & off at times and TV completely did not work on day 2 & day 3 (it worked on day 1 till about midnite only). We stayed at Chateu for one night. We were welcomed like royalty. Kindest staff I have ever seen. Great room size and amenities. Everything from towels to toiletries and even the pool was organic. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Very relaxing and welcoming environment. I would visit Malaysia again just to stay at this resort.

We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt in Kuantan. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help and accommodate the guests needs. The location is amazing! Right on the beech. We really enjoyed our family holiday and we would come here again for sure!! Thank you all the staff.

Vistana is a good quality hotel with comfortable modern rooms that have been recently refurbished. I stayed 11 nights on business and was particularly impressed with the overall quality of accommodation and most importantly for be the reliable internet facilities which will easily support Skype. The hotel has a pleasant pool area and coffee bar and a large restaurant with a good range of meals available to suit all tastes. We tried the signature picnic experience the hotel offered and so glad we did! It included a VIP tour of the local tea plantation and factory including a tasting session and then a private picnic with a personal butler amongst the tea overlooking the plantation. We can not recommend this enough and it is worth the money!!

The hotel is situated in an amazing location with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. It's clean and well maintained. The decor feels slightly dated but that doesn't distract from it's beauty. The breakfast had plenty of different options and the gym although basic was a nice feature.
