"I stayed there for 13 nights during a move to Panama. A real nice family run business. It was a great experience. The property is very well kept and super clean. The staff was super friendly and very timely with any questions I had. I had a small efficiency and there is a nice grocery store one block away. Can’t say enough and I would certainly recommend AIRES FRESCO to my friends and family. "

Special recognition is in order for 3 staff members that went out of their ways to make our stay more comfortable: Suriany from front desk, Marianela from housekeeping, and Rodney from the breakfast crew. "The staff were friendly and polite, listened to our requests and offered help when needed, such as arranging transportation to and from the hotel, but communication between the staff was sometimes a problem. For example, there is an amenity offered by the hotel in which guests can request drink delivery every morning to their room, including type of drink and delivery time. Twice we did not receive drinks when we had requested them. We had to follow up to receive them. The grounds, tours and activities offered by the hotel are amazing, such as their coffee tour, and the meals offered in their restaurant were very good. Our room was okay, very basic in terms of comfort and amenities, but our bathroom had some issues, including a shower whose doors did not fully close, and a toilet that ‘shrieked’ when flushed. It was repaired twice while we were there, but the problem was not resolved. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay there, but better communication between the staff would help with services being provided in the best possible way."
