"The hotel is in the middle of an alley way. Very small and not luxurious the least it is good only for young people who don’t care where they sleep. Very noisy at night cars, people, police, ambulances etc. couldn’t wait to leave"

"You can’t beat the location. Close to public transportation and city Centre. My only knock against would be the double bed but then again we sleep on a king back home. The pillows were not comfortable either."

"The room was not cleaned when we got there. They did send someone to clean it right away.
It’s very hard to get to if you’re dragging luggage. A lot of uphill broken roads to get there. But it is convent to bus and trains.
There is also a step in the middle of the room which is very I convent."
"The first room we were given there was no working AC. It took contacting the front desk 3 times for them to finally tell us that it was broken in the room and they couldn't fix it. They then offered us a different room that was not on the renovated portion of the hotel. So we move rooms and this room was only slightly better. The AC was at least somewhat functional, but not nearly as functional as the ones in the working renovated rooms. There were plastered up holes on the walls and mold in the shower. The next day the only light went completely out in the bathroom and it took going to the front desk another three times to get that fixed. The breakfast was decent and there is sufficient parking, but could not in good conscience recommend this hotel."
"Breakfast was very basic, no fruit no toast no cooked eggs. The AC was only on at specific times.
Shower had no curtain and the shower holder was broken.
Rooms were in poor disarray.
Staff were very nice.
On a positive note the location was ideal.
On the whole - book at your peril."
"The location of the hotel was perfect for shops and restaurants. But the hotel experience was ok. The staff can be friendlier. But what was not acceptable was the cleaning staff left 2 dirty mattresses in the hall for more than 24 hours."
