"Das Neptune Luxury Resort ist genau das, was sein Name aussagt. Die Anlage, das Zimmer, die Bars und Restaurants, der Strand und die Pools waren super sauber und gepflegt. Man sieht, dass sich gekümmert wird. Und es riecht überall so gut, das hat mich so überrascht. Auch das Personal ist immer freundlich und richtig schnell. "Although ours was stated as a seaview, it wasn't really, just a very slight glimpse through a bush, but we were ground floor. Also, just 2 nts so not an issue but pointing out in case it's important to you. The apartment was fine for a night or 2, spacious but a bit old fashioned. The kettle didn't work but i borrowed a neighbours and didn't want to complain again as they kindly got the internet fixed when we arrived. "I booked around 6pm and when I got there they didn’t have a room. I was told to look elsewhere for a room and on top of that, they said they wouldn’t give me a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com! What s terrible start. Ages later they went and got the cleaner, who was probably having dinner with her family at 8pm, to ‘prepare a room for me’ which was apparently ‘locked for next season’. Appalling room condition. Very very outdated, damp walls smelled so intensely I couldn’t sleep...

"The staff was very nice. We were there for four day. It was in a good location for walking to the beach into the stores. Only issue was air-conditioned. Did not work properly. Got hot in the evenings in the room. Staff did what they could to get it fixed unfortunately we left for our next island before it did get fixed."
