I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was so bad I feel obligated to warn others. We stayed here in Panama City Beach last year and thought it was a little dirty, but this time it was on a completely different level. The property itself was filthy—trash scattered all over the grounds like no one even attempts to clean it. But the real issue started when we checked into our room. The door didn’t lock. Not “hard to lock”—it literally did not require a key to open. Anyone could just pull the handle and walk right in. To make matters worse, you actually needed a key just to close it from the outside. We left for a few hours to enjoy the area, and when we came back, our room had been “serviced,” but the maid didn’t even secure the door. Our room was left wide open for about six hours for anyone to walk into. That’s not just careless—it’s completely unacceptable and a serious safety issue. When we brought this up to the front desk, they acted annoyed, like we were inconveniencing them by pointing out that our room was basically unsecured the entire day. And the cleanliness? Disgusting. There was old coffee still sitting in the pot from previous guests, growing mold. The sheets were stained with who-knows-what. It honestly made us question if anything in the room had been properly cleaned at all. Between the lack of security, terrible cleanliness, and dismissive staff, this was one of the worst stays we’ve ever had. We will absolutely not be returning.

The hotel did not match the photos viewed . Our room upon check in was dirty , bathtub not cleaned toilet clogged the whole time we stayed 6 days . We went to the desk and complained house keeping just have us new sheets and we changed them ourselves , sand all over the floor when entering for the first time . Horrible experience even for the price !

Kitchenette was a nice feature, needed other supplies for cooking e.g. pots, trays for baking, etc. Bathroom sink kept getting clogged. But they came to fix it when we call. Microwave was a little worn, we asked and they gave us another microwave. Staff are nice and responsive. Beautiful view from the balcony. We didn’t use the pool as so many people when we got there.

Room was clean for the most part. Our sheets were kinda gritty tho like leftover sand or something. The people in the front desk placed my cousin in a unfinished room as well..but he got moved thanks to maintenance/housekeeping man standing on business!

We arrived and received keys to our room, the was was not clean nor ready for guests. Floors were leaking out white liquid like they were trying to glue back down the wood beds were unclean not neat. We then received a different room after telling staff it was not clean a the second one was worse. Sit still brown water in the sink which caused nats in the kitchen area and same issues as the first one floors were dirty and bed unclean just unpleasant experience we ended up refunding and lucky finding another hotel. Many people were in the check in area complaining of the same things

I loved this property overall. The view and amenities were great, and I really enjoyed my stay. However, the room was not cleaned very well, and there was sand in the beds, which was disappointing. Aside from that issue, everything else was enjoyable. Staff was great!

The view from the rooms is amazing, and at this price is hard to beat! We stayed in March over spring break and it was not overly crowded or at all crazy. This hotel is family friendly and fun for college kids too. My only complaint is the check out time, 10 am is so early! Other than that a great experience, but bring a broom because the rooms do get sandy, hard not to when at the beach, lol. Another recommendation for the hotel would be to put a mat outside of every room so feet can be dusted off, but again these are just little things, overall a great hotel and amazing view for the price.

Staff were unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Our room was not ready until 3 hours after check in (7pm). Staff were rude and not helpful at all. They told us to just wait it out. When we finally got to our room, we had no towels and no shower curtain. We called the front desk 3 times and went down 2 times before we finally got towels. We also had to call and visit the front desk 4 times before finally receiving a shower curtain the day AFTER check in. We received no sort of compensation for any of this and the staff were just rude any time we asked for anything and acted annoyed with us. Other than that, it was mediocre. Great location right on the beach. However, I would not stay here again.

Love this hotel. Stay there often, however mosr likely not anymore. I am physically disabled. I have delt with there being on no type of ramps, etc for walkers or mobility scooters, relying on my husband to help me walk. Especially up and down stairs. Now, smoking is only in designated areas. Thats even more stairs. I understand no smoking in rooms. I even get no smoking in pool area. But no where on property except fot that area??? I can not physically do it.Final straw in a completely unfriendly environmeny for those of us physically disabled.
