Room was great, but the bed was terrible and incredibly squeaky. You'd also expect someone to be working at the counter for checkout but you'd be incorrect.

The room didn't have but 1 towel so we got another one and the Stuff was alright.They seen a little bit stressed out. The WIFI was a little bit slow and the AC was great.So we decided to stay couple more days and when we went to exchange our towels on the day we was supposed to leave that day they didn't want to exchange our towels and I said if we would have left today you had to change them anyway so I never had a hard time to get towels then this place. My trash can is full but I don't think I will tell them until I leave because I don't need to be stressed out anymore.

Staff were never anywhere to be found. The doors were locked at 10pm making it a struggle and time consuming to check in. The front desk lady was rude to us. The front desk was closed when we tried to check out at 8am and we had no check out instructions. The whole process was horrible. No one was never anywhere to be found.

The room was neglected for sure. It had NOT been cleaned. The sheets were dirty hand towel dirty and body towel dirty. The shower/tub was also dirty as well as the floors, clock, fridge/freezer handles. Do or animal hair everywhere and it smelled horrible I wanted to vomit. They could not change any rooms because it was fully booked but I didn’t put any of me belongings in the room since I had to leave immediately after check in. I just opened the door to ensure my key worked and noticed the horrible smell. When I came back I did not sleep well at all because of the filth I laid the cleanest towel down and had my personal hand towel which I used to put over the pillow and my personal blanket which I was fortunate to have! I would never stay here again and would like my money back. There was no one to help the next morning when I checked out and the sign stated to call a number to get help using the phone in the lobby but there was no phone in the lobby. Even another lady was there with her daughter checking out and she didn’t see the phone to call either. She left her key under the pull down gate at the desk and I did the same. This was a horrible experience. I would have slept in my car had it not been so cold and if I had a thicker blanket. I did go out at 1am to see if I could try but it was too cold.

I will not book here again; my bed sheets were nasty. hallway rinks of a bad smell. dogs continually barking. there is no smoking area for the smokers, so they were smoking in the entry doors. beds are extremely uncomfortable. you have to pay for fresh towels and housekeeping never came to my room to clean anything. front desk doesn't give out information in a timely manner. Everyone was complaining about this hotel that I talked to. No Thank you!

Upon arrival things look st8. Hotel is n good location. There is a bug problem thank god we had a pillow cuz these pillows are so bad they arent useable. N theres beds on metal frames. All night long beds were doing the wabble smash session. If i was a participant it would of been fun but i booked this for a soccer tournament

No house keeping had to ask for towels. And when i asked i was told they won't go into room for two weeks .i was only there for one week . You would think they would accommodate per each individually stay. Coffee machine with no cups or fixings. And to boot when i arrived was given a room to go to that some one was already in so i walked in on them basically puting my life in danger i would like a refund please . Please contact me.

Conveniently located during bike week and priced accordingly for what I am describing. However this is a hotel that’s ran like a motel. You cannot get extra towels or linens without exchanging the others. Claims as an extended stay but you are provided NOTHING in your room to cook, clean, eat with or on. The shower draining was a joke the floor in the bathroom was soaked. No patio, outside seating, etc. Even came complete with patrons peeing outside the facility while they party all night! I won’t stay here again. Ever.

We had a late check in and the clerk who helped us, was upset because she had to get out of bed to wait on us. It took quite a while to check in because she couldn't find our reservation. The room was semi clean . Our overall stay was good. We were able to bring the dog and that made up for quite a bit. The women that worked the next day were good though.

Lots of easy access to fun activities for the family nearby. We only stayed one night after checking out of our Airbnb but we’d definitely stay again.

The rooms were dirty and had a lot of roaches! I was in the room less than a minute before seeing roaches crawling everywhere! They were on the refrigerator, stove, walls, and vents! I went and told the lady at the front desk and she tried to move me to another room and that room was dirty too! She even walked me up that time so she can make sure it was clean and she seen for herself that it wasn’t clean! That’s when I requested a refund! Now waiting to hear back from the manager about a refund since it was the weekend and the manager wasn’t in but the only person that could approve a refund! Sad! I had to book somewhere else last minute because I refuse to sleep with roaches! I have videos too of the roaches. The location is convenient though. That’s the only good thing about the hotel.

Room was spacious with a full kitchen; however, there were no curtains so there was a lot of light coming into the room and the floors were extremely dirty. Overall it was an okay stay.
