Beach view was amazing! We stayed in a double queen split and it was everything we needed! It's not a expensive place and we didn't want overly fancy and it was perfect. Could have gone without the Karen's who were staying there complaining about some of the guests around us smoking the occasional adult products. I'm in long term recovery and sometimes you have to just let people have their vacations without making it about you. Everyone was on their balconies and caught a moment of a small smell and at 3am the hotel was sending out a text about it. However the hotel was nice and cheap compared to others and the view was perfect and the beach was so close and beautiful! Also not crowded beach area! We saw dolphins 2 of the mornings we were there! Also housekeeping was so incredibly nice! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and easy access to the beach! Parking could be a problem at the property, but a lot is across the street. My room was clean, but when I arrive bagged garbage was sitting outside the room at 4:30 p.m. and the Waste Can was overflowing with thrash. No hair dryers were provided so folks need to know to bring their own. No hand or bar soaps in our room, but the front desk was glad to give us some. The dispensers in the bathroom were empty for shampoo, conditioner, body wash. There should be a lead cleaning person who checks the rooms out to make sure things are good for the next guests. This was in the off season.

Shame in expedia for not having the real reviews . This place is run down . There's no pride in having this building maximizing the advantage of the placement on the beach. Roaches. Tissues stuffed in the old outlets in the walls. Stuffed tissues around a sprinkler head with cob webs, white substance on the curtains. One would hope it's paint. Old mattresses got those springs popping out. Kitchen faucet came off. Absolutely crazy to price it around 300 a night. Rip off. Asked to speak to that management multiple times with no success. This place better off being knocked down and replaced with an outhouse.

Horrible! Complete waste of money! Upon arrival a wet dirty towel was left hanging on back of bathroom door. NO toilet paper in room, and told had to come get from front desk! Half drank coke bottle was left under bed spilled all over the floor! Bed sheets were wet! Was told ONLY allowed 2 towels for room, and had to bring used towesl and exchange for clean ones! Only positive of the entire place/stay is the location!!! Front desk worker used excuse as “spring break ppl”, which is no excuse to arrive to a disgusting room that paying for!

Very clean room, huge kitchen in the Emerald suite that we had large balcony was really wonderful, huge living room, etc. Front desk was wonderful staffed. I’m sorry I do not remember the wonderful lady that helped us but she was so awesome on the phone and checking people and I cannot recommend her more. I believe she’s been working there for many years beautiful brunette, a great smile. It’s a very private beach away from the strip, which is what we wanted did not want to be with all the tourist but if you’re looking for that and to be within walking distance or whatever maybe this wouldn’t be your place but if you’re looking for a family friendly place that’s very private. This is the best place in Panama City Beach for sure gret bye prices are wonderful at the hotel for what you get. It’s very good and people say it’s older yes it is older. Most places in Panama City Beach are older goes without saying if you’ve ever stayed here it’s not the Ritz Carlton but nothing in Panama City Beach is the Ritz Carlton but as far as everything else is awesome can’t recommend it more. The only thing is yes parking lot is small. You can park across the street but if you’re driving like huge SUVs is a little difficult but you can handle it. That’s the worst thing I can say and that’s not a bad thing to make your reservations now make a payment and the rates are very very reasonable.

Yes it was obstructed by trees. They locked us out of our room at 8:20 am when we was trying to get our things so we could leave. Check out time is supposed to b at 10am. Check in was misery We had to sit and wait until the room was ready. We waited over 3 hours. They also charged us more at check in They said it was because we went through you Another $100 we did not count on. So we will never go back there again. We use to stay there every year. NEVER AGAIN

Beautiful rooms on the beach front. The rooms of appeared clean, however we saw about 50 or 60 roaches in our room during our stay. Yeah where did the housekeeping manager and she said she could send someone over the next day to spray for roaches. No one ever came.. overall the staff was very nice but hard to be a truly enjoyable stay while sharing a room with that many roaches, that we could see. The old saying goes if you see one roach there are thousands!

Staff was nice. Room floors were so dirty they made our feet black. Balcony door handle was broken so it was hard to get in and out. Bathroom didnt seem clean. Tub looked nasty.
