Wonderful stay in this luxurious condo! Fabulous ocean view! The kitchen is all well equipped. There are two bathroom, which makes it convenient for the family. There is a swimming pool on the 11th floor. The 2nd floor the building is like a art museum. When you cross the street, you're right at the cinta costera walking path. Our host is very friendly and accessible. This place enhanced the quality of our trip.

The apartment smelled very moldy/musty for my entire stay. Using the AC and opening windows didn't help. Also the apartment was noisy due to heavy traffic on Ave Balboa you could hear the noise at night even with windows closed. I would not stay here again.

Great Stay. Exceptional communication.

We had a slight problem that went on for a couple of days but the property manager was exceptional in continually trying to get things corrected. And she did. Outstanding communication and very quick reactions. Best ever. The apartment was great also. The entire Yoo Building is amazing.

Das Apartment im noblen Viertel Marbella befindet sich in der 47. Etage eines nicht mehr ganz neuen Hochhauses an der Av. Balboa direkt am Meer. Größe und Ausstattung sind sehr gut und die Aussicht bei Tag und Nacht grandios. Das Haus verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool, 24h-Rezeption oder Fitnessstudio, der WLAN-Empfang ist sehr gut. Kommen wir zu den Schattenseiten: das Gebäude steht direkt an der 10-spurigen Av. Balboa mit starkem Verkehr rund um die Uhr. Leider hat das Gebäude keine Schallschutzfenster, was bei der Lage und Preisklasse eigentlich ein No go ist. Entsprechend laut ist es die ganze Zeit und das Einschlafen wird zur Kunst. Wir würden Panama City auf jeden Fall empfehlen, aber uns nächstes Mal eine ruhigere Unterkunft suchen.
