"I had a very disappointing experience staying at this transient.
When we first checked in, there was a cockroach in our room, the room had a bad smell, and the water heater wasn’t working.they transfer us to another room, but unfortunately, the flush toilet and bidet in the new room were also not functioning properly.
The receptionist was not welcoming or friendly, which made the overall experience even worse.
Breakfast was scheduled to start at 8:30 AM, which is already quite late. To make...
