So, overall, for the money paid per night, I would say I enjoyed this cozy cabin. That said, it’s definitely budget friendly, so there are a lot of rough edges that you’ll have to overlook if you want to set your expectations appropriately. The room was clean, the room had air-conditioning and heating (although it sounds like a super loud fan making it hard to run at night), and the staff responded to a request I had about the room promptly. The cuteness and coziness of the cabin are a definite plus, as well as the location in proximity to Bryce national Park. I would definitely stay here again, if and when the time comes.

The room was dusty and clearly not well maintained or properly cleaned. I even noticed a few spiders, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the poor soundproofing allowed wind noise to come through, making it difficult to get any sleep. Overall, it was not worth staying here.

Great place to stay near Bryce Canyon. Quiet and calm for families. My kids love the place. Just make sure to carry or have food from outside as no cooking allowed inside. Micro oven and fridge is available. Checkin will be in hotel building office next to cabins. Parking available in front of each cabin. Little less food options near by so just plan for it before hand. Overall a great place to experience.

Room was adequate, needs serious updating. Staff was friendly. Dirty diaper outside room in bucket filled with cigarette butts wa a true turn off. Shower head was perfect height for a child, not a 6’2” man.

The place is ok, could have had cabins a little further away from the road as it gets busy early in the morning with traffic headed into the Bryce area. Second windows weren't secured on the one cabin and we had to fix them so the girls felt safe. The door into the bathroom in one room was off and wouldn't close properly. Last and I get it for "critter control" but the picnic areas were unusable because of weeds around tables. We brought a camp chef hoping to cook some dinner or have a lunch outside the cabins. We called ahead to the property to ask questions but didn't get a call back. So we hauled food, propane and a Camp Chef for no reason! Spent a fortune on eating out at restaurants! Other than that its a nice place to stay close to Painguitch Lake and the Bryce Canyon area. I guess my girlfriend said it best as we were leaving... Hard to walk into but hard to leave as well as it was a great part of our memories.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming, making the stay smooth from check-in to check-out. The rooms were quite affordable and offered great value for the price. Rooms were clean and well-equipped with good AC, a mini fridge, and a microwave. The bathrooms were also clean and well-maintained. The location is very convenient—right next to Red Canyon and with easy access to Bryce Canyon National Park, making it a great base for exploring the area. Overall, a comfortable, budget-friendly stay with everything you need.

Cabin is cute and surprisingly roomy. Furniture is a little beat up but still usable. The shower had not been cleaned unfortunately - at least there is a private bathroom. No cooking is allowed in the room (microwave can be used). Nice table and two comfortable chairs are provided. There is a BBQ grill and charcoal provided.

Carpet had not been vacuumed, crumbs on table and old soap bar in shower. The man who checked me in was rude and unwelcoming. I would not recommend.

This place was okay. The staff wasn’t very friendly, the beds weren’t very comfortable, and I wonder if it had some pet dander because my daughter and I suffered from allergies while sleeping there. Kind of a cute little place, and a good price. I guess you get what you pay for.
