"This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. It was excellent in every way. The rooms and all common areas were spotless. In fact, it was the cleanest and most organized hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Everything was well maintained, making the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay."

"Nothing unique about the staff. The staff was horrible. Promises to fulfill something was never met. Complained to the AI text services and complaint still wasn't met. So I will never stay at a Homewood suites again. To top it off their solution to the problem was to offer me some complementary bottle of water. So having a small tub shower comps two free bottles of water. Not having a soap shower dispenser working properly you guessed right another offer of complementary bottle of water."

"The rooms were extremely clean nice and quiet I wish there were more restaurants close by if you don’t have a vehicle but that has nothing to do with the hotel. We didn’t get to use the pool there was some maintenance going on. But the Staff was very helpful and polite it was our first time staying there but we will definitely stay there again."

"We absolutely love this hotel. Very clean, very close to the beautiful Venice beach . They provided beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels. The water fill station was great! Didn’t have to buy any water! Breakfast was good, always fresh fruit, pastries , muffins , cereals excellent coffee and different juices. The staff was exceptionally nice and attentive ! Will definately be returning as soon as we can! 5 stars for sure!!!"
