We stayed here for the Hinder concert and had an absolutely amazing time! The pool area was a highlight of our trip—the swim-up bar was fantastic and made it feel like a true vacation.
Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure guests had a great experience. The bartenders were especially impressive, always attentive and on top of everything even when it was busy.

"I booked with Expedia and this is by far the worst! The pictures on the website look nothing like in person! Only one elevator working, and the hotel was filthy, I wanted a refund and Expedia couldn't help only told me to call the front desk. I was offered another room and that room was the same! Awful!"
