"La struttura è indubbiamente bella e ben posizionata, la baia è bellissima. I costi dei servizi accessori sono eccessivi, non si può far pagare 3€ per un caffè in spiaggia fatto con una macchinetta Nespresso. Il buffet al costo di 70€ a persona escluso bevande e’ una chiara presa in giro per la qualità e la scarsa varietà del cibo offerto. Il personale è poco proattivo, in più occasioni abbiamo avuto disservizi, specialmente in fase di contabilizzazione. Potrebbe essere un 5 stelle vero se...

We booked a Sea View Apartment expecting four-star service, but it felt more like a one-star hostel. The apartment had no coffee, no complimentary water, no daily housekeeping, no regular towel changes, and no room service. Basic amenities were simply missing. The pool was equally disappointing: not enough lounge chairs, no organization, and no beach service or regulation....

"Probably the best place I have ever stayed. Food,room, pool, beach, cocktails, wines and staff all absolutely amazing. Sadly the experience was very let down by parking. Parking poor! Had people unknown to us open their doors into both sides of rental car leaving tiny dents. Car company charged us AUD$5400 in Xs."

"A beautiful resort that made us feel right at home. Quiet and peaceful! Just what we needed! The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Not having a kettle in the room was initially frustrating but the staff were quick to respond and provided us with one for our morning tea. Overall, the breakfast was excellent but it would have been nice to have a bigger selection of fresh fruit. Thank you so much for allowing us to spend a couple of extra hours around the pool and accommodating us...
