"O hotel tem uma localização excelente, bem central em Porto Seguro, e as acomodações são boas no geral. Porém, alguns pontos precisam de melhorias urgentes. As portas dos quartos aparentam estar comprometidas por cupim, o que passa uma sensação de falta de manutenção.
O café da manhã é bastante fraco, com pouca variedade, e durante o horário faltavam itens básicos com frequência. Cheguei a solicitar leite em pó e fui informado de que não havia. Também pedi um sabonete e disseram que não tinha...

"Começando pelo dono que fica incomodando os hóspedes controlando o que estamos comendo. No corredor do andar de baixo tinha um forte cheiro de esgoto, e no quarto onde minha sogra ficou, o mal cheiro se intensificava. A piscina suja (os 4 dias que fiquei, não vi ninguém limpando) e o café da manhã péssimo, sem variedade. Sem contar da falta de energia, a luz ficava dando pico varias vezes por dia. Unica parte boa são os funcionárioss que sao atenciosos e simpaticos."
