"This hotel was amazing! It was very clean, the air conditioning - excellent, the beds were super comfy, and the suite had gorgeous views of the city. It was close to many restaurants and stores and within walking distance of the Kaseya Center and other museums, beaches, and other attractions. The restaurant Casa Gianna had delicious food, the pool was huge, beautiful, and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel elevators were the only downside. They were very slow and often got stuck. At times the wait was over 30 minutes! We experienced this twice in two days, but the hotel was so nice, it even had a certain scent that was so pleasant! I definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely come back to Miami and stay here again despite the slow elevators. Just allow time for delays. It is a very tall building after all. There were groups of people there celebrating special occasions and it was fun to see them happy and excited to be staying there. I was happy to stay there as well."

"The hotel rooms are old and not toughly cleaned. The bathroom in the room smelled mildewed and black mold was in the corners of the shower. The hallways of the hotel smelled of cleaning agents and chlorine. The pool area is the best!"
