"Every thing was dirty"

"The entire staff = excellent. The AC vents directly on the bed adjacent which is unsatisfactory. We had to keep the balcony door partially open to balance the environment. For two days I watched an employee hose down the beach access stairway for over 1/2 half hour wasting water without effect in a time when Florida needs water. Someone should monitor this activity."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location of being directly on the beach my husband and myself thoroughly enjoyed. The room was spacious, we had a two bedroom and everyone had space. We enjoyed the tiki bar and both pools outside. We definitely will plan an additional stay in the future!"

"The hotel lobby is clean and the decor is nice. the rooms were clean but lacked decor. Both nights of our stay we could hear people yelling/laughing in the hallway past midnight. The valet people were very friendly for the most part, but when we left our valet person didn't offer to help us load our car, even after giving a tip on top of the $40/night fee. The pool area is nice and has plenty of seating. Most of the bar staff were pleasant but there was one last had an attitude and not helpful at all. The hotel only has one restaurant and apparently, they were a little understaffed as we wanted to eat dinner and there was a wait despite the restaurant only being half full. Overall, it is a clean, newer hotel to stay at on Daytona Beach."
