"Ibis De Haan is een zeer goed hotel voor een democratische prijs en het enige in De Haan met een zwembad. De kamers zijn kraaknet, de bedden zijn degelijk en het is er rustig. Het ontbijt is gevarieerd met voldoende keuze. De menukaart is beperkt maar de keuken is prima. Ik mis wel een mini frigo op de kamer. Prijs/kwaliteit zeker een aanrader"

"Me gustó mucho el concepto, Isabelle fue muy amable, detallista y estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades, fue como estar en casa, Una ubicación muy buena, tranquila pero apenas a unos 25 min caminando y disfrutando de hermosas vistas para llegar a los restaurants, chocolaterías, museos, etc muy visitados por los turistas. Recomiendo ampliamente este lindo Chateau."

"A beautiful place. The house is renovated in a very charming and inviting style. The rooms are big enough, beds are comfy, and everything is clean. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. The owners and staff are super friendly. The hotel is in the middle of local farmland away from the buzz of the city, and that is what gives it its charm. Still, it is only a short drive to get to Knokke-Heist downtown or to Brugge."

"Absolutely fantastic breakfast. We stayed in the Mansion suite and it was spacious, great air conditioning, beautiful, and clean. All of the staff working at the front desk where I would standing. Being able to book a time and there Spa in the basement each day was also a bonus since it was included. Absolutely fantastic location to stay in Bruges."

"Property is in great location 10-15 walk from main areas on a canal. It's a great walk into town to see some neighborhoods you otherwise wouldn't. The breakfast was great, staff very helpful and attentive. Room was by far the largest we had on entire Belgian/Netherlands trip. Highly recommend this property."

"In a summer of extreme heat (it was in the 90s) we often took refuge in our amazingly cool room! We were on the 3rd floor, and there is a very small elevator for baggage up and down, so most people use the stairs. The room had every comfort. A fridge, coffee and tea. Comfy bed. The staff is very helpful as well. We chose to eat breakfast out, so I can’t comment on that. I loved the location as well. Lots of places close by but not in the thick of tourist. Highly recommend!"

"Disappointing, overpriced hotel. Our room was small, bland, basic and uninspiring with a view of a hedge right in front of the window. It was located on the ground floor of a separate building on the parking lot. Not at all what we expected from a 4 star property and certainly not for the price we paid. Don’t be mislead by the beautiful professional pictures on the hotel’s website and various booking sites. You’ll be disappointed. It’s well located in the centre of Bruges close to the Markt but...

"It’s a lovely hotel and exactly what you would expect from a Relais & Châteaux property. The restaurant is excellent, the staff are warm and welcoming, and overall I had a very enjoyable stay. My only disappointment was the bed. Before arriving, I specifically requested a double bed and was assured this would be provided. However, the room had two single beds pushed together with a double sheet over them, which was exactly what I had hoped to avoid. I also found the turndown service unusually...
