"For not speaking the same language it went very very smooth. Very clean and a great location. Any difficulties were solved. Only complaint is the walls were a little thin if you have neighboring guests."

"The staff were incredibly helpful, the room was immaculate, the hotel was beautiful. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Bra läge, nära till allt man behöver! Trevlig personal och bra rum, rekommenderas varmt!"

"The room was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was also great. A special mention to Iryna who helped us sort out some issues we had created with our booking and made us feel very welcome."

"A very nice, accomodating hotel in the middle of Podil. Not an easy time to be in Kyiv but they were always helpful. "

"Nice art nouveau style rooms! A lot of space! Nice and friendly staff! I come here everytime with a smile! "

"everything is well"

"This listing is completely misleading. They claimed there was a washer in the apartment, but that was a lie. Instead, there were three washers in the hallway and all of them were broken. The apartment itself had a horrible odor, the furniture was extremely cheap, and it felt very unpleasant to stay in. The key pickup process was also a hassle, requiring me to go to another location just to collect the keys. Overall, a very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this place. "
