"Very well appointed guest house owned and run by caring hosts. There were many things we appreciated about our stay: - daily servicing - parking right outside - restaurant recommendations and local knowledge - communication via WhatsApp while we were out and about - homemade breakfast - attention to detail in the pool area with the heated salt pool, hot shower and hose for cleaning sand after beach trips My only feedback would be that our air conditioning wasn’t powerful enough so it was...

"Our stay at Shalai was outstanding from start to finish. We received a warm welcome from a genuinely friendly and professional team. The hotel is set in a beautifully restored historic mansion on a quiet street, creating a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. Check-in was effortless. Our online check-in was fully recognized, so there was no need to repeat the process. No credit card was requested and payment was deferred until checkout, which was a pleasant surprise. "La Villa is a truly stunning place; a real oasis of calm amidst the crazy vibrancy of Sicily. Paola and her team did a wonderful job of making us feel at home, with lots of helpful guidance and plenty of local restaurant tips (all the ones we tried were fully worthy of being recommended). The location is truly peaceful and beautiful, set back from the busier parts of Giardini Naxos amongst lemon groves, and with stunning views of Mount Etna from the pool and gardens (we were lucky enough to see...

"The staff at Casa Giafari are beyond excellent! They met us at the base of the stairs and helped bring our bags up to our rooms. Very accommodating and kind people. They helped us organize taxis and called to reserve for us when asked. The property is very central to everything in Taormina. The room was very tidy and clean, one of the more comfortable stays in Sicily. Bathrooms spacious and beds feel luxurious. Will stay again!!"
