"Firstly, I was visiting for a funeral and due to work circumstances, the only way I could make it was to take a redeye in for the morning service. I had only a little time before the service and was hopeful to freshen up and rest - in light of the circumstances and the room availability, they allowed me to check in early and did not charge me for this - I thought that was really really generous and I am forever grateful. Also, I just love the general style and service of this hotel - the pool, the bar, the lobby, the rooms - it's all filled with fun, yet functional and stylish design choices. Very clean and they have anticipated every need - water in the room, towels at the pool, free coffee in the morning, toiletries if you forget something. It's all there and included. Finally, the staff was really helpful. Word to the wise - speak to the hotel staff directly rather than trying to get through via Marriott customer service phone number. The experience with central service was absolutely abysmal."
