"Water coming down from the ceiling in our bathroom and AC didn't work. There was no fix for the AC and they offered to switch us rooms but it was already late at night. No other compensation offered but eventually agreed to have parking fee reimbursed. Not worth the $400+ CAD price. "

"The hotel is nice and the staff were very welcoming. Unfortunately there is little open in the area in May and so everything is a drive away. The wind stopped us enjoying the pool and the possibility of going to the beach. The alternate trip to Almeria was good especially the free tour of the Alcazaba in Almeria."

The roof terrace wasn't available due to wind and the junior suite opened to the side of the building with a view to the plaza in front of the cathedral with a bit of a stretch. The floor wasn't very clean in our room and what at first appeared to be complementary water and coffee was definitely not gratis. "Great room….very clean,comfortable bed….reception desk very helpful…getting taxi,wake-up call and suggestions where to eat and visit….wonderful area,lots to see and do.Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices to start your day.Breakfast area was also very clean and food constantly being replenished…..Has a great roof top terrace to relax.Good Wi-Fi….enjoyed our stay here…would highly recommend…"

Flat, very walkable, comopolitan and chic, but without a big-city feel. I found free, safe parking up the hill, near the hotel, at "Aparcamiento provisional San Cristóbal". 5 minute walk."
