"Nice hotel with good facilities "

"Hotel is in a great location and nice outdoor space (if you like terrace not garden) and has very nice staff. However the decor is very dated and in need of modernisation to meet the 5 star standard it claims. The bathroom in particular was from the eighties and room had no modern amenities such as latest power points "

"Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel in einer sehr guten Wohngegend. Der Weg zum Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, man kann aber auch den Hotel-Shuttle nehmen. Am Strand gibt es mehrere Restaurants. Ansonsten hat man keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ein Auto ist ratsam, wie überall hier in der Gegend. Das Hotel ist sauber und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Sehr schöne Poolanlage. "

"Regular visitors to this hotel. The staff, especially the guys on the door are amazing. They make the place special. Couple of areas for thought. Water in the room. Not enough supplied. Available if asked, but fridge should be replenished. Room service. Timing inconsistent. We regularly put our room to be made up at 10am. Not done until 4 or later. Then turn down two hours later. Normally better than this. Fridge. Whether stating one night or one week, the fridge has free items....

"Spacious lovely hotel right on the beach."

"Rooms are good size for a family of 3/4. We had a good time at the indoor playground and the acquashow park. The hotel gives you voucher to access the park everyday. Food Is also okay and the dinner buffet was really good. Great parking and definitely Need a car to move around the location. Very close to nice towns and beaches (quarteira, vilamoura,)"

"Stayed during the “off season” so the hotel had a small number of guests. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The morning breakfast was amazing. Hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach and it’s a short walk to the marina where there is an abundance of restaurants. Highly recommend staying at the Crowne Plaza. "

"A beautiful hotel, great facilities and exceptional food. Lunch and cocktails in the bar, the buffet breakfasts and fine dining in Tropis were all delicious and not ridiculously priced. The staff literally couldn't do enough for us, from welcoming us, helping with luggage, booking activities and every interaction in between, everyone was very helpful, spoke beautiful English and made our trip very enjoyable. "

"Location is perfect with beach and restaurants handy. Fantastic view from balcony of ocean and scores of sailboats exiting and entering the marina. Outdoor grounds and pool most inviting and enjoyable. Breakfast buffet excellent. Will stay again! "

"Not a bad place to stay. Rooms are spacious with good bathrooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. But beware of few facts: One, there is no elevator or luggage storage on the main floor. It is difficult you have many or heavy luggage as all rooms have at least two flights of stairs. Two, the parking lot is outside the hotel premises, a problem for luggage. Three, the reception is closed from evening to morning. Exact times seem to vary. Four, restaurants are scarce in Montenegro. ...

"Great spot Used the Shuttle to the Vilamoura harbour a lot"

"Quality property with lots of modern facilities in the apartment and contemporary furnishings. Master bedroom was huge and bed was super comfortable. Unfortunately the hot water ran out after 3 showers and there were 5 of us. Another disappointment was that the sauna and steam room were not communal and separated into male and female so my husband and I couldn’t use them together. Friendly reception staff, couldn’t do enough for us. Food at breakfast was quality and plenty of choice. Food in the...
