"The room was great everything is updated and beautiful and the view was great as well, however the name of the place has “resort in it”, but it is more of an apartment building, there aren’t really any amenities, there is a pool and that’s about it. Also, there are only 2 elevators for the entire building including 29 floors, there is a daily “peak time” where the elevators have specific stops that will not go to your floor even when you press the button. This caused a huge wait and a walk, down 12 flights of stairs for my pregnant fiancé. On top of this there was an $30 per night valet charge and the valet doesn’t always bring your car!! Twice we called for the car and “there were no valet drivers available” at 11am!! We waited over 20 minutes just to get the car once, and then the elevator took an additional 10 minutes just to come to the floor with enough room in it making it a 30 minute trip just to get back to the room holding heavy bags. Overall the room is nice but the valet takes super long and won’t always bring you your car, and no you cannot get it yourself. The elevators are a huge challenge and if you get a high floor number you’re going to be in for a long walk down at times, I even see a woman pushing her stroller down the staircase with her child from above the 12th floor down due to this. The cost for late checkout was not expensive so that was nice and the area is great around the hotel, not super far from the beach and there is a shuttle that can take you."

"The extra fees for parking and resort fee for a pool and gym were excessive and not mentioned in the reservation. The room was nice, view was great, but the TV's were not completely functional. The roku in the living room did not work. The one in the bedroom, only had live tv. The staff was excellent and the shuttle was very convenient. "

"My recent 2-night stay was disappointing. The room had two beds with extremely soft mattresses that were sinking badly on the sides, making them very uncomfortable. Bedding was clean but very basic, and the duvet was wrapped between two flat sheets instead of a proper cover. The positives: the AC was cold and quiet, toiletries were good, the TV was large, and the southern Intracoastal view was beautiful. Everything else fell short. There is no self-parking, only valet at $30/night plus an additional $30/night resort fee that felt unjustified. The listing photos showed a living room and a bedroom with two full or queen beds, but we were only given the bedroom and bathroom—no living room at all. Although the room looked clean at first glance, the mattress cover had long black hair on it, dust under the bed, and the AC/cleaning-supply closet was full of dust. The kitchenette area had a kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, but only one mug and a few utensils—no plates. The mini fridge worked fine. The bathroom doors showed noticeable water damage. We also smelled marijuana both on the balcony and in the outdoor lobby area. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and we will not be returning."

"Misleading Property and Terrible Anniversary Experience Review: The property information is completely misleading. This is not a hotel as advertised, but a private condo rental. Expedia showed a price of $480, but I ended up paying almost $1,000 after the owner gave a different rate and required an additional security deposit. The reservation is not confirmed until you pay the owner directly, who only contacts you via WhatsApp from an Argentina phone number, not even from the U.S. On top of that, there are hidden fees: • $30 per person to use the pool and building amenities, with a wristband you must return at checkout. • Extra parking fee, not clearly disclosed in the listing. I spoke with Expedia twice and they offered no solution. What should have been a special anniversary celebration turned into an ordeal. This was a very stressful and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this property and believe Expedia should investigate such misleading listings to protect customers."
