We were staying here for 7 nights and realized it's not possible to stay here after 4 nights and requested a refund for the last 2 days given the following reasons with evidence. But the gentleman at the reception said to allow the cleaning team to come in, which we were already doing, which had no relevance. 1. Air conditioning close to not functioning and limited to 23 degrees as the minimum while being around 15/20 years old....

"Vi bodde här i tre nätter. Rent och fin balkong med utsikt mot berg. Bra läge med strand på andra sidan gatan! Fungerande AC! Rummet var inte så bra ljudisolerat och sängarna något obekväma. Men annars bra och fungerande boende!"

"A nice basic family run hotel, breakfast was what you would expect in a 2 star hotel, due to an extremely steep hill, this hotel is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or young children. The rooms are not provided with any facilities to make a hot drink as advertised on their web page, we did ask but they were no help at all so we had to go and buy a kettle."

"We had a wonderful stay at Loadstar. The apartments, yet small, had everything you needed. The whole place was beautifully clean and well managed. The breakfast in the garden was lovely and we mostly had the pool to ourselves during our stay. It’s 10 mins if that to the local beach and 15/20 mins to the marina. We had a car for 3 days which allowed us to see other areas of the island. Extra shout out to Marios who couldn’t have been more hospital during our stay. Would totally stay at Loadstar...

"We had a fantastic stay at Kontokali Bay Resort! We booked two bungalow rooms for our family, and they were exceptionally comfortable, quiet, and well-appointed. The location is ideal—it sits right on a lovely beach with a great pool area, yet it never felt crowded or noisy. It had a wonderfully relaxing vibe throughout our trip. It was also super easy to head into Corfu Town for a couple of evenings out, giving us the perfect mix of resort downtime and local exploring. Highly recommended for...
