The location was a major issue; Expedia showed it in central Thira, but it was actually in Emporio, a much farther location in far south Santorini (Emporio 847 03, Greece- this is the actual address) this caused significant delays and disrupted our travel plans. "The pictures are very deceptive as they do not reflect reality. I booked a room with a sea view and paid extra. There is no view at all except for a ruin and a building in front of it. I booked for 5 nights and left after 3 nights. The air conditioning does not work and there is no one in the hotel to service it. The doors do not close except with difficulty.
